By downloading, installing, or using Wallspace ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
Wallspace is designed for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the wallpapers provided through the App on your personal devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense any wallpapers obtained through the App.
We reserve the right to limit or suspend access to users who abuse the service or engage in activities that negatively impact the experience for others.
When using the custom wallpaper feature, you must only upload content that you own or have the legal right to use. You may not upload:
Wallspace is not responsible for any content uploaded by users. You assume full liability for any content you upload to the App.
All wallpapers included in the Wallspace library remain the property of their respective creators and owners. Wallspace provides access to these wallpapers under license and does not claim ownership over third-party content.
The Wallspace brand, logo, and application code are the intellectual property of Wallspace and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Wallspace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your macOS device(s) for personal use, subject to these Terms.
Wallspace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallspace and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
